Promoting Synergy and Excellent Performance of All Employees, Semen Gresik Holds Halal Bihalal 1443 H
Rembang, May 17, 2022 – The management of PT Semen Gresik (PTSG) held the gathering of Eid Al-Fitr 1443 H or halal bihalal together with the employees at the Rembang Factory CCR Building.
This tradition, which was held offline by implementing strict health protocols, was attended by Widodo Santoso as the Acting President Commissioner of PTSG, Subhan as the President Director, and all employees and representatives of business partners.
President Director Subhan congratulated all lines of the company's big family on Eid Al-Fitr 1443 H and invited them to make this event an opportunity for mutual forgiveness. This year's halal bihalal, he continued, turned out to be an extraordinary occasion as management and employees could stay in touch with each other after two years of all interactions being completely limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
"This happens to be the right moment for strengthening synergy with the PTSG employees and big family to grow stronger together in facing the company's challenges in 2022," said Subhan in a press release on Monday (17/5).
According to Subhan, this halal bihalal event also served to provide an overview by management concerning the latest developments in the cement industry in the country, as well as to convey various corporate strategies in dealing with all challenges.
He pointed out the inexorable development of the market, where new actors continued to emerge with challenging price disparities.
Subhan expected that, in the future, PTSG would maintain and even improve its excellent performance better than in 2021, both in terms of business and social relations with stakeholders.
Subhan also emphasized that his party would assist continuously to further enhance partnerships with the company's stakeholders. The enthusiasm of working hand in hand, he continued, was essential as long as it provided positive values for the corporation's sustainability.
"In 2021, Semen Gresik achieved the most competitive KPI performance of the entire SIG Group. We hope that the eagerness, dedication, and excellent performance can be preserved to repeat the success story of 2021,'' he added.
After all employees and management renewed and replenished their bonds, they continued the event with all SIG and PT Semen Indonesia personnel by participating in a virtual session attended by the SIG President Director, Donny Arsal, who provided reinforcement, and the Grand Imam of the Istiqlal Mosque, KH Nasaruddin Umar, who gave tausiyah or sermon.
